Joys9 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the Joys9 platform and its users. By accessing the Joys9 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in full.

Joys9 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. We offer a wide range of gaming services including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and bingo — all in one place. Every service is designed with Bangladeshi users in mind.

While Joys9's Terms & Conditions are provided in Bengali, the binding legal document is prepared in English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of our designated international arbitration authority.

To open an account with Joys9, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration — incorrect details may result in account termination.

The KYC verification process may require you to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

Joys9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members only, and can be claimed once.
• Claiming a bonus typically requires a deposit of a specified minimum amount.
• For each bonus's Wagering Requirement separately — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing any winnings earned using a bonus.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 to 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Joys9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Joys9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error before a match or event begins, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or does not conclude in the scheduled format, bets will be settled in accordance with Joys9's established rules.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Joys9 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information.
• Engaging in activity designed to abuse bonus offers.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Attempting to defraud or manipulate other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.

Joys9 believes gaming should be entertainment — not an addiction. That is why responsible gaming is a core part of how we operate. The following tools are available on our platform:

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any given time period in advance.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period (from 7 days up to 5 years).
• Reality Check: Receive regular reminders to take breaks at set intervals.
• Cooling-off period: Suspend betting for 24 hours or 7 days.

• Any bet lost due to disconnection or technical issues.
• Any delay or error caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your device or account.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

If a technical error causes incorrect results to be displayed, Joys9 reserves the right to settle the bet correctly, and the stake will be returned where applicable.

Joys9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request that your account be closed.
